I'm afraid I only operate in Yuri's Revenge. I'm sure one of the other Buddies or willing community members can help you though. I recommend reading the following:

There isn't truly a Training Program for new members, or some Fast Track to becoming good.

Where to guide you depends on your skill level.

If you are losing 90% of your games. Quick match should match you up with approximately equal opponents. You need to learn general movements, how to build and what to build. On top of this:

You can read these boards to try to learn as much as you can and apply it to the game.

Watching videos of other games is a great way to actually see what other players do. You tube.

If you are in custom match, you can ask someone if you can observe games. That way you can see in real time how they build.

You can play on a single map and ask your opponents for better ways to build, (be patient here, some will NOT help you)
