1. Yes, just type "HIRES" into the main menu right after starting up the game and you'll have all the addionally supported resolutions listed that you'll then be able to pick

2. No, that works too. Consider adding the line "VideoBackBuffer=no" under the Video section the ra2.ini file if you'll experience annoying lags during explosions.

3. You have to run the game as administrator for that because the login stuff is obtained from the registry to which the game will never be able to write without being ran with administrator permissions, thus that part doesn't work.

2. well do you know which values i should type in the video paragraph for height and width? i dont have any clue, i just want the whole screen to be filled with the game but i think its not possible cause of the widescreen isnt it?

ScreenWidth=1366
ScreenHeight=768

It is possible! Try and play a game - you'll see that the whole screen will be filled! :p The menus are just fixed size.

3. i ran the game as admin but its still not going to work.. any other ideas?

No, that has to work too. Run the game as administrator, then type in your nick and password and after clicking the remember account box it will actually be saved.

Hehe, no problem. Have fun and enjoy! :)

BTW, if you wish to play Quick Match (Schnelles Spiel) apply this patch: http://www.cnctube.com/files/RA2-QM-Resolution-patch.exe It skips the box that forces you to lower your resolution.
