Attempting to sabotage internet connection when losing..

slowed down game speed and connection.

Don't know if it's bannable but maybe punishable. It gave him an advantage that in a game would of beaten him had he not used it.

He slowed me down so much I was able to move units hardly at all causing them to move slower and effective making it easy for him to defend and and slow down and prepare for me counter.

You can view when he slowed down the connection on xgs.

and there can be no doubt who was responsible for doing it via xgs.
