Hi, I was wondering what exactly a sync file can tell a reader about a game. Can it tell who caused the recon error or why it was caused or anything else about the game? What about "Frame Sync Stalls" and "Command Cound Stalls"? This is all very confusing.... .

fraid we do not give away too much info about sync files as it is open to abuse.
But basically they give us information about what units each player has, buildings, map, game status and other events and features that were going on.
in a 2v2+ game with more than 2 sync files from the game we can see exactly who went out of sync with the other players. In a 1v1 game we make deductions from a number of pieces of evidence incuding the sync but never rely on the sync file alone.
